City Council
Divided into six council wards, Franklin’s city council ensures the voice of citizens is heard. Led by an elected mayor and appointed City Manager, citizens in each of the six wards elect a council representative to serve a four-year term. Regular sessions are semi-monthly on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month at 7 p.m. at City Hall.
