Volunteer with FAPT: Make a Difference in Your Community

Are you passionate about helping families and youth in need? Join us as a volunteer with the Family Assessment and Planning Team (FAPT)! Your time and skills can provide essential support for families facing challenges, ensuring they receive the right services to thrive.

What is FAPT?
The Family Assessment and Planning Team (FAPT) is dedicated to assessing and planning services for children and families in crisis. We work closely with social services, schools, mental health professionals, and other community resources to create comprehensive plans for each family.

How You Can Help:
As a FAPT volunteer, you will:

  • Participate in team meetings to help assess the needs of families.
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of professionals and community members.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating services tailored to each family’s situation.
  • Provide administrative support or help facilitate communication between families and service providers.
