Help Build a New Playground

The City of Franklin Parks & Recreation Department is collaborating with Kaboom and the Virginia Foundation for Health Youth to build a new playground. We are calling on all organizations, businesses, and citizens to help volunteer to participate in building a brand new playground for College Drive Park.
